On Saturday, January 17, 2009, some 41 Curlers, 12 Coaches and spectators came together for a fun day of curling. They came from St. Thomas, London, Stratford, and Woodstock. We played 2 games of 6 ends each and Village Catering did the lunch.

Thanks to the Ilderton Curling Club and staff, who provided great ice and donated a new Goldline broom for our draw, which was won by Rob from Woodstock.

Tim Hortons, in Byron supplied coffee and Timbits for the event and Tim Hortons London and St. Thomas owners' Marketing fund, gave us Tim travel mugs for some 60 people who participated in our event.

The top scoring team was Nichol from Stratford and they received Ilderton Club pins.

Thank you to all the coaches and parents who helped to make our 3rd. annual Funspiel a success.
